Digital Products
All products sold on vocabularybylevel.com are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped.
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the file has been downloaded.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned or revoked after delivery.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:
